Abide is your invitation to pause.

Abide is an 11-week Christian mindfulness program designed to equip busy Christian women like you to dissolve and manage stress, realizing the peace of God’s presence—without guilt, without pressure, and without adding “one more thing” to your list.

Mindful movement – Gentle stretches & strength-building exercises to release tension and refresh your body.
Creative reflection – Journaling & artistic practices that help you process emotions and reconnect with yourself.
Guided meditation & prayer – Biblical mindfulness tools to quiet your mind and focus on God’s presence.
A supportive, faith-filled community – Women walking the same journey, encouraging and growing together.
