In this Temple class, we honour the body as God’s temple through mindful movement that stretches, strengthens, and restores. Designed for all fitness levels, this 45-60 minute class combines gentle stretches, strength-building exercises, and restful practices to help you care for your body while deepening your connection with God.

Through each movement, we’ll focus on the idea that our bodies are sacred vessels, created to honour God. As you move, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on His presence, embrace stillness, and find peace. This class is more than just a workout—it’s a time to rest your mind, strengthen your body, and renew your spirit.

Whether you’re looking to relieve tension, build strength, or simply connect with God in a physical way, Temple will leave you feeling refreshed and empowered.

Here are two distinct names for the Temple classes based on the descriptions:


Temple Flow
– This name aligns with the mindfulness-focused class, emphasizing gentle movement, stretching, and rest.

Thursday, September 04 – 27th @ 6:15pm – 7:15pm – Temple Flow Evening

Saturday, September 6 – 27th  9:00 am – 10:00 am – Temple Flow Morning

Temple Strength – This name fits the more intense workout class that focuses on strength training, mobility, and cardio.

Tuesday, September 9 – 30th @ 6:30pm – 7:30pm – Temple Strength

Temple classes are scheduled every 4 weeks and the next session will take place in October.  If interested please email to be put on an email list or keep checking the website for upcoming dates.

Classes will be recorded and sent out through a link and available a week after the session ends.

Register through EventBright (link provided) or pay $79.10 via e-transfer to avoid process fees.
